Lambent Technologies has been a manufacturer of oleochemical derivatives for the food, personal care, and industrial industries since 1952. Since 1999, Hansotech and Lambent Technologies have worked together closely as subsidiaries of Petroferm Inc. Now, we are merging these two product lines under the Lambent Technologies umbrella, to provide you with a complete range of products for the personal care, food, and industrial markets.

Derived from natural sources all over the world, these waxes are used in a variety of formulations.

Wax bases are blends of waxes, oils, and emulsifiers for the cosmetic industry. Using wax bases, the formulation step of the product development process can be completely eliminated, resulting in faster time-to-market. Complete formulations using these bases are available from Lambent.

In addition to canola oil for which Lambent is known, we now offer castor oil and cocoa butters, including those that meet the USP/NF Standards.

Used to match the characteristics of natural waxes when supply is unreliable, prices are unacceptable, or quality is too variable, these synthetic waxes mirror the properties of their natural counterparts and provide unsurpassed product consistency.
